By downloading, installing, or using the Gym Tracker AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Description of Service

Gym Tracker AI is a fitness-tracking application that allows users to log workouts, track personal records, monitor progress, and receive AI-generated workout recommendations. The App is available on Android and iOS.

Free tier: Core workout logging features with limited template storage.
Pro subscription: Unlimited templates, advanced analytics, and AI-powered insights, available via monthly or annual in-app purchase.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the respective platform's policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Prices are displayed in your local currency at time of purchase.
We do not process payments directly; all transactions are handled by Google or Apple.
To cancel, visit your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-access App data.

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Important: Gym Tracker AI is an informational tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice. The workout recommendations, progress metrics, and AI-generated content in the App are for general fitness purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise programme, particularly if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Use the App at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Gym Tracker AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the personal data you input into the App (such as workout logs). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App you consent to our privacy practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gym Tracker AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App, or by submitting a request via the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
